Terms of service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the TruLife Naturals website, online store, content, features, products, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Store and platform

TruLife Naturals operates this store. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you. Your use of Shopify-powered features may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and privacy notices.

2. Eligibility and customer accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping any account credentials secure. Contact support@trulifenaturals.com if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

3. Product information and appropriate use

We work to present product descriptions, images, ingredients, directions, warnings, pricing, and availability accurately. Packaging, labels, colors, and other details may differ from on-screen presentation or may change. Always review the current label on the product you receive before use.

Products must be used only as directed and in accordance with product-specific warnings, cautions, age restrictions, allergen information, and storage instructions. Do not use website content as a substitute for reading the product label.

4. Health and medical information

Content provided through the Services is for general informational purposes and is not individualized medical advice. TruLife Naturals does not diagnose conditions or recommend treatment for an individual. Consult an appropriate healthcare professional when you have questions about a health condition, medication, pregnancy, nursing, age-related restrictions, allergies, or whether a product is appropriate for your circumstances.

Legally applicable supplement disclaimers are presented with the relevant claims. Product-specific directions, warnings, and disclaimers shown on the product page or label are part of the product information you should review before use.

5. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order as permitted by law, including because of product availability, suspected fraud or abuse, pricing or description errors, shipping restrictions, or other operational issues. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt and does not guarantee acceptance or shipment.

We may limit quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order. Products are offered for personal use and lawful resale only where expressly authorized.

6. Prices, payment, and promotions

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change without notice before an order is submitted. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and the final order total are shown at checkout.

Promotional terms control the applicable offer. Discounts do not combine unless TruLife Naturals expressly states otherwise.

7. Subscribe & Save

Eligible Subscribe & Save orders receive 15% off and free standard U.S. shipping. Available delivery frequencies are every 30, 60, or 90 days. Eligibility may exclude limited editions, special promotions, certain bundles, discontinued products, or other products unsuitable for recurring fulfillment.

By starting a subscription, you authorize the saved payment method to be charged when each scheduled recurring order is created or processed. Future recurring orders use the retail price in effect at processing time, less the 15% subscription discount; the original purchase price is not permanently locked.

Before the next order enters processing, you may skip it, reschedule the next delivery, change among available frequencies, or cancel future orders. There is no minimum commitment or required order count. Canceling after an order enters processing stops future orders but does not automatically cancel the in-process order.

We do not automatically substitute unavailable products. A temporarily unavailable shipment may be skipped or delayed based on platform capabilities. If a product is permanently discontinued, the affected subscription will be canceled and the customer notified. Returning or refunding an individual subscription shipment does not automatically cancel future orders.

8. Shipping, returns, refunds, and order changes

Our Shipping policy explains shipping coverage, processing and transit estimates, carriers, delivery issues, and address-correction requests. Our Refund policy explains the 30-day satisfaction guarantee, damaged or incorrect orders, returns, refunds, and order changes. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms.

9. Product availability and changes to the Services

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a product, feature, promotion, or part of the Services. We do not guarantee that every product or feature will remain available, that inventory will be uninterrupted, or that every product can be shipped to every destination.

10. Reviews, feedback, and other submissions

If you submit a review, feedback, idea, image, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is truthful, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. Do not submit confidential medical, payment, or other sensitive information in public content.

You grant TruLife Naturals a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display submitted content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate or remove submissions but are not obligated to publish them.

11. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

• violate applicable law or another person's rights;
• submit false, misleading, fraudulent, harmful, or malicious content;
• interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the Services;
• introduce malware, scrape or extract data in an unauthorized manner, or attempt unauthorized access;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation; or
• use the Services or their content for an unlawful commercial purpose.

12. Intellectual property

The Services and their content—including text, graphics, product presentation, logos, photographs, video, design, and software—are owned by or licensed to TruLife Naturals and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use of the Services. They do not transfer ownership or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit protected content without authorization.

13. Third-party services and links

The Services may include tools, integrations, or links provided by third parties. TruLife Naturals does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, privacy practices, or terms. Review the third party's terms and policies before using its services.

14. Errors and corrections

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product information, pricing, promotions, shipping, availability, or other content. We may correct errors and update information, and may cancel or adjust an affected order as permitted by law.

15. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TruLife Naturals does not warrant that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, or that every item of website content will always be current. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TruLife Naturals and its owners, personnel, affiliates, service providers, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold TruLife Naturals harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

18. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Services when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these Terms, unlawful conduct, fraud, abuse, or a security risk. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

19. Severability and waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.

20. Entire agreement and changes

These Terms, together with the policies and notices linked from them, form the agreement between you and TruLife Naturals concerning the Services and replace prior discussions about the same subject. We may update these Terms for operational, legal, or regulatory reasons by posting the revised version and providing any notice required by law. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

21. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections and rights available in your place of residence are not limited by these Terms.
