How to use
Using the supplied dropper, begin with 1 mL daily for days 1–3, then increase to 2 mL for days 4–6 and 3 mL for days 7–10. From day 10 onward, take 4 mL daily. Mix with water, juice, or food to soften the concentrated mineral flavor.
