How much magnesium is in a serving?
440 mg in a 4 mL serving (four droppers), which is 105% of the Daily Value. Each serving also has 1,200 mg chloride, 88 mg sulfate and 10 mg sodium.
How do I take it?
With the provided dropper: 1 mL a day for days 1–3, 2 mL for days 4–6, 3 mL for days 7–10, then 4 mL a day from day 10. Mix it with water, juice or food to soften the concentrated flavor.
What does it taste like?
It’s an unflavored, concentrated mineral liquid, so on its own it tastes strongly of minerals. Mixed into juice or food it’s much milder. No flavor or sweetener is added.
Where does it come from?
Utah’s Great Salt Lake. The magnesium is concentrated from the lake’s water by solar evaporation. The only ingredient is inland sea concentrate.
